Spitfire Raffle Winners

Aviation Without Borders’ spectacular raffle with its exciting first prize of a flight in a Spitfire has attracted a lot of attention, but so have the other exciting second and third prizes of a flight in a Harvard and a flight in a Tiger Moth.

Friday 7th October was the long awaited date of the draw and it was held at the Hilton Hotel at T4 Heathrow by kind permission of Hilton.  A Hilton staff member also kindly drew the winning tickets and we have great pleasure in announcing the winners.

The first prize of a flight in a Spitfire was won by Andy Reid of Edinburgh, EH16, the second prize of a flight in a Harvard was won by Les Mountain of Wooton, Beds and the third prize of a flight in a Tiger Moth was won by Sandra Allison of Edinburgh, EH7.  We hope to publish their winning flights on our website.
